A few suggestions on viewing the data. Most Affirmative Action Plans can be easily built by keeping the default options. If you are working as a contractor with the Federal Government than change the default option to "Employment by OPM Occupation Groups, Geography and Race". When you reach the page that lets you select occupations hold down the Ctrl key and you can make multiple selections. If you want all occupations than click on "Total Civilian Laborforce" scroll to the bottom of the list and hold down the Shift key while you click on the last occupation title. One final note, if you choose to create the CSV file to import into Excel or other software the EEO site will display the tables you selected in HTML and at the bottom of the page will be the download button for the CSV file.
If you have further questions on this data most answers can be found on the Census web page at the Ferquetly Asked Question section.
