Accepting Public Comment on Proposed Modifications to MSFW sections of the 2024-2027 State Plan
Notice is hereby given the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions will now accept public comment on the proposed modifications to the Migrant and Seasonal Farm Workers (MSFW) sections of the 2024-2027 State Plan from January 7, 2026 – February 6, 2026. The draft of the proposed modifications can be found on the department’s website at https://www.dws.state.nm.us/WIOA.
The 2024-2027 Combined Partners State Plan Modification provides the state’s strategy and goals for Workforce Innovations & Opportunity Act (WIOA) for the state of New Mexico to the U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of Labor. All New Mexico Stakeholders are invited to participate in the review and comment process to finalize the New Mexico 2024-2027 Combined State Plan Modification.
Please address comments to the Department of Workforce Solutions to the attention of the State Workforce Development Board (SWDB) at board.swdb@state.nm.us , by fax at 505-841-8491, or by mail to 401 Broadway Blvd. NE Albuquerque, NM 87102. If you are submitting your comment by email, please include ‘2024 Combined State Plan Modification’ in the subject line of the email, also include the organization you may be representing. In addition, please reference the title of the plan section and corresponding letter comments are related to. All comments will be reviewed; however, the department will not be able to respond to individual comments or questions.
