Notice of Rulemaking

This hearing is a continuation of the public comments hearing that was held on April 5, 2022 which was ended prematurely due to technical difficulties.  The purpose of this public hearing will be to obtain input and public comment on proposed regulations for implementing and enforcing the Healthy Workplaces Act enacted under 50-17-1 NMSA 1978 et seq.

The purpose of the public hearing will be to obtain input and public comment on proposed amendments to the regulation governing the public works policy manual, NMAC 11.1.2. 

Human Rights Commission Hearing

The Human Rights Commission will hold a hearing in Leticia Preciado v. Bodega Latina Corp and Mirza (last name unknown), HRB Case No. 20-11-0092-E on April 28, 2022. The hearing will be held on Zoom virtual platform beginning at 10:00 AM.
