New Mexico's Unemployment Rate was 4.4% in November 2024

New Mexico’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 4.4 percent in November 2024, up from 4.3 percent in October and up from 4.0 percent in the previous year. The national unemployment rate in November was 4.2 percent, up from 4.1 percent in October and up from 3.7 percent in November 2023. Total nonagricultural payroll employment grew by 12,400 jobs, or 1.4 percent, between November 2023 and November 2024.
