It is against the law for recipients of federal financial assistance under Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) to discriminate on the following basis: race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, age, pregnancy, childbirth, or other related medical conditions, limited English proficiency, citizenship, disability, and retaliation.
