Annual New Mexico State of the Workforce Report

This report is published annually, and provides information and analysis on what New Mexico’s workforce looks like and how it’s growing. It also highlights employment in the state’s industries alongside occupational employment and wages. This, coupled with data on skills and education, serves to evaluate not only the existing workforce and job market, but also the future supply and demand of jobs and workers.

 

New Mexico Annual Social & Economic Indicators Statistical Abstract

This publication, also known as the ASEI, is revised annually and released during the second quarter of the year. The abstract is intended to provide planners and other data users with a broad range of historic, current, and expected labor market data, demographics, and other critical economic indicators for New Mexico and its substate areas. Data include geographic comparisons.

Quarterly Regional Review

The Regional Review, covering the four Workforce Investment Areas (WIAs), including Central, Eastern, Southwestern, and Northern, is a quarterly publication that includes a special-topic research article alongside employment data, labor market information, and business news.

 

 

Occupational Bulletin

This publication provides key data on a select occupational group, including employment trends, wages, and workforce demographics. Twelve issues are currently available.

This publication provides key data on a select industry, including employment trends, wages, and workforce demographics. Twelve issues are currently available.

New Mexico Business Employment Dynamics Quarterly Analysis

A special article on the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Business Employment Dynamics data is included in a monthly Labor Market Review each quarter. Data include gross and net job gains and losses for the state, including a look at historical trends.
