Human Rights Commission Meeting

The Human Rights Commission will hold its annual meeting in Albuquerque, NM at the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, Tiwa Building, 401 Broadway Blvd., NE beginning at 9:30 am on November 7, 2017.

If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, certified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid, or service, to attend or participate in the hearing, please contact the Human Rights Bureau, Lori Vasquez at (505)827-5355 at least one week prior to the hearing. The agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the hearing and can be requested by mail at 1596 Pacheco St., Ste. 103, Santa Fe, NM  87505, by email at lorettar.vasquez@state.nm.us or by phone at (505)827-5355.

Reschedule Notice of Public Hearing

The public hearing regarding proposed amendments to 11.2.3 - Labor and Workers Compensation - Job Training - State Apprenticeship Policy Manual, that was scheduled for today, Wednesday, October 18, 2017 will be rescheduled. 

Unemployment Insurance Operations Center Closed Monday

All New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions’ offices, including the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Operations Center, will be closed Monday, October 9, 2017 in observance of Columbus Day. The department urges claimants to plan accordingly.
