NMDWS implementing Multi-Factor Authentication to enhance website login protection for employment and unemployment services

The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions is implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for individuals logging in to the New Mexico Workforce Connection Online System (https://www.jobs.state.nm.us); a portal to both employment services and the Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System. MFA will provide an additional layer of security for a layered defense to mitigate against unauthorized access of Department of Workforce Solutions online services.
