Serve New Mexico Awarded Funding to Build Public Health AmeriCorps

The Serve New Mexico Commission announced today that it has received a Public Health AmeriCorps grant of $257,048 from AmeriCorps, the federal agency for national service and volunteerism.

State Apprenticeship Council Public Meeting Notice

The State Apprenticeship Council will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, May 19, 2022 beginning at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.

Notice of Rulemaking

The purpose of this public hearing will be to obtain input and public comment on proposed amendments to the regulations concerning Unemployment Compensation, Claims Administration. The proposed amendment will change the language in NMAC 11.3.300.314 concerning enforcement of compensable weeks penalties in cases of fraud to comply with the statutory language in Section 51-1-38, NMSA 1978.

This hearing is a continuation of the public comments hearing that was held on April 5, 2022 which was ended prematurely due to technical difficulties. The purpose of this public hearing will be to obtain input and public comment on proposed regulations for implementing and enforcing the Healthy Workplaces Act enacted under 50-17-1 NMSA 1978 et seq.
