NMDWS, Local Officials, and State Legislators to hold press conference on the start of payment applications from the ETA Displaced Worker Assistance Fund

The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions will host a press conference at San Juan County McGee Park in Farmington on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. to announce the Energy Transition Act (ETA) Displaced Worker Assistance Fund of over $12 million is ready to be made available as direct assistance to those affected by the closure of the San Juan Generation Station and adjacent coal mine.
