The Human Rights Commission will hold a panel review meeting on August 30, 2021.  The meeting will be held on Zoom virtual platform at 10:00 AM. 

Federal Pandemic Benefits Programs Scheduled to End September 4, 2021

The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (NMDWS) reminds New Mexicans that all COVID-19 related federal unemployment Insurance (UI) benefit programs as originally authorized by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act of 2020, and extended through the Continued Assistance Act (CAA) of 2021 and American Rescue Plan (ARP) of 2021, will end on September 4, 2021.

Human Rights Commission Hearing

The Human Rights Commission will hold a hearing in Joseph Lelii v. Jersey Mike’s Subs, HRB Case # 20-06-15-0309, on August 24, 2021.  Hearing will be held on Zoom virtual platform, beginning at 9:00 AM.
