This letter was sent to you because there has been a payment arrangement made and this voucher is provided to you to send back with your payment.

What does this letter mean?

It means that you are in the process of paying back an overpayment of benefits and your next payment is due on the date stated in the letter.

What do I do next?

You should send your payment along with the payment voucher included in the letter to ensure that your payment is processed timely. You should write your Claimant ID number on the check or money order that you send. Do not send cash.
If you prefer to make an electronic payment online, you can do so by logging in to your account at www.jobs.state.nm.us.

Where am I in the claims or tax process?

You are in the claims collection process until your overpayment balance is paid in full.

Who should I contact if I have any questions?

You can contact a Customer Service Agent in the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center at 1-877-664-6984, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. English and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents are available to assist you.

You can also access claims information online at www.jobs.state.nm.us. All individuals applying for and receiving Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits are required to log into the New Mexico Workforce Connection Online System (www.jobs.state.nm.us) first in order to access the UI Tax & Claims System. UI claimants are required to maintain usernames and passwords for both the online jobs system (www.jobs.state.nm.us) and the UI Tax & Claims System.

Agentes de Servicio al Cliente están disponibles para ayudarle en inglés y español.

Usted también puede obtener información acerca de reclamos por Internet en www.jobs.state.nm.us. Todo individuo que solicita y está recibiendo beneficios de Seguro de Desempleo, está requerido a registrarse en el Sistema por Internet de Conexión de la Fuerza Laboral de Nuevo México (www.jobs.state.nm.us) primero para obtener acceso al Sistema de Impuestos y Reclamos de Seguro de Desempleo. Reclamantes de Seguro de Desempleo deben mantener los nombres de usuario y contraseñas tanto para el sistema de trabajos por Internet (www.jobs.state.nm.us), como el Sistema de Impuestos y Reclamos de Seguro de Desempleo.
