  4. CD General Contractors, Inc. v. Labor Relations Division, Case No.’s DA-18-0731-B, DA-18-0156-C: deliberation and possible action on pending Motion to Dismiss and Motions to Consolidate.

    The Commission may vote to enter into closed session pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(H)(3), the exception to the Open Meetings Act authorizing closed session for deliberations by a public body in connection with an administrative adjudicatory proceeding.
