This letter was sent to let you know that the experience transfer of your business has been approved.

What does this letter mean?

This letter means that an experience rate transfer adjustment for your business has been made. This can involve a total transfer, partial transfer, or consolidation. If you are the successor, this form also informs you of the tax rate for the calendar year specified.

What do I do next?

You should look over the information by logging in to your account online at www.dws.state.nm.us. If you do not agree with this determination, you may request a review and redetermination by the Assistant Unemployment Insurance Bureau Chief for Tax within fifteen days of the date of this letter. You may also call the Department for assistance at 1-877-664-6984 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
