Public Works Hearing Notice

The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (“Department”) hereby gives notice that the Department will conduct a public hearing in the auditorium of the State Personnel Office located at 2600 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, New Mexico on December 20, 2013 from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. The purpose of the public hearing will be to obtain input on amendments to 11.1.2 NMAC the Public Works Minimum Wage Act Policy Manual.

Unemployment Insurance Initial Claims Can Be Filed Via Online System or By Telephone
(Albuquerque) - Federal employees who are laid off, including those furloughed during the temporary shutdown of the federal government, can file for unemployment benefits through the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (NMDWS).
