(Albuquerque) - The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions’ Unemployment Insurance call center will be closed Monday, January 16, 2012 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The department urges claimants to plan accordingly.

(Albuquerque, NM) - All New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions offices, including the unemployment insurance call center, will be closed in observance of Christmas on Monday, December 26, 2011 and New Year’s on Monday, January 2, 2012. The unemployment insurance claims system website, www.dws.state.nm.us, will be available from 3 a.m.-8 p.m. daily, and the unemployment insurance toll-free telephone option, 1-877-664-6984, will be available 24-hours a day for normal self-service functions.
