Tuesday, May 21, 2024 / Categories: Department News Unemployment Insurance Operations Center closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System Available Online All New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions’ offices, including the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center, will be closed on Monday, May 27, in observance of Memorial Day.The Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System (https://www.jobs.state.nm.us) is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer Service Agents in the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center will be available when business hours resume on Tuesday, May 28, at 8:00am. The business hours of the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions would like to remind all eligible Unemployment Insurance claimants that Monday, May 27, 2024, is a federal holiday. Most banking institutions and the U.S. Postal Service will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.
