Unemployment Insurance Operations Center Closed Thursday and Friday
in Observance of Thanksgiving

Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System Available

(Albuquerque) – All New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions’ offices, including the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center, will be closed on Thursday, November 22 and Friday, November 23 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. The department urges claimants to plan accordingly.

The Unemployment Tax & Claims System (www.jobs.state.nm.us) is available online from 4:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Sunday through Friday. Customer Service Agents in the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center will be available when normal business hours resume on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. The normal business hours of the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
