Unemployment Insurance Operations Center closed Wednesday in observance of Juneteenth National Independence Day

Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System Available Online

All New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions’ offices, including the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center, will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth National Independence Day.

The Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System (www.jobs.state.nm.us) is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer Service Agents in the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center will be available when business hours resume on Thursday, June 20, at 8:00am. The business hours of the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions would like to remind all eligible Unemployment Insurance claimants that Wednesday, June 19, 2024 is a federal holiday. Most banking institutions and the U.S. Postal Service will be closed in observance of Juneteenth. This may result in a delay of banking transactions for Unemployment Insurance benefits.
