Human Rights Commission Hearing Notice

The Human Rights Commission will hold a hearing in Jason Esquibel v. Kaps Coffee Shop and Diner, HRB Case No. 22-01-0038-E on August 8, 2023. The hearing will be held on Zoom virtual platform beginning at 9:00 AM.

State Apprenticeship Council Public Meeting Notice

The State Apprenticeship Council will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, August 17, 2023, beginning at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the New Mexico Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 49 JATC, 2300 Buena Vista Dr. SE, Ste. 110, Albuquerque, NM 87106.

    Raise, place, and unite iron or steel girders, columns, and other structural members to form completed structures or structural frameworks. May erect metal storage tanks and assemble prefabricated metal buildings.

    Perform preliminary work with the material and tools of the trade; residential and commercial rough wiring and finish work including the installation of various kinds of wires, cables, and conduits per the National Electrical Code; industrial lighting and service installation; motors controls and installation including emergency generators, relays, and timing devices.
