the pathways programs offer clear paths to federal internships for students from high school through post-graduate school and to careers for recent graduates, and provide meaningful training and career development opportunities for individuals who are at the beginning of their federal service.

congressional internships

new mexico's congressional delegation includes 3 members of the u.s. house of representatives and 2 members of the u.s. senate. all have offices in both new mexico and in washington, dc, and offer internships. if you are interested in congress and government, this is a great place to start!

washington, dc— offers internships in conjunction with each session: summer, fall and spring. new mexico: internships offered on a rolling basis.

sandia national labs

collect samples of your work from your internship and add to a portfolio to take along to job interviews in the future. always ask permission from the employer first before you print off copies of your work or take copies of any material.
