What does this letter mean?

This letter informs you of the audit that was conducted for the calendar year indicated and on the date indicated. The results of this audit show that according to records and documents provided at the time of the audit, you are in compliance.

What do I do next?

You should continue reporting as you have been doing in your Unemployment Insurance tax account. If you have any further questions about this audit, you should contact the Department by calling 1-877-664-6984 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
