Unemployment Insurance Operations Center Closed Monday, January 19, 2015

(Albuquerque) - All New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions’ offices, including the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Operations Center, will be closed Monday, January 19, 2015 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The department urges claimants to plan accordingly. Individuals can apply for Unemployment Insurance (UI), certify for their weekly claim, and check their claim status by logging in at www.jobs.state.nm.us, Sunday through Friday from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Operations Center will resume normal hours on Tuesday, January 20, and individuals can contact a Customer Service Agent in the NMDWS UI Operations Center at 1-877-664-6984 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
