UI System Unavailable Saturday 3 a.m-1 p.m.

Due to System Maintenance

(Albuquerque, NM) – The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions Unemployment Insurance System  will  be unavailable  Saturday, January 29 from  3a.m.  to  1p.m. due to scheduled system maintenance.

All unemployment insurance claims services, including the website and self-service options available on the  1-877-NM4-MYUI  (1-877-664-6984),  will be affected.  Unemployment insurance online tax services for employers will also be unavailable during this time. The system will return to service at 1:00 p.m. for claimant and employer usage.

Saturday is the slowest day of business for the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions Unemployment Insurance Bureau, resulting in the lowest of number of individuals impacted by the system maintenance.
