The Human Rights Commission is scheduled to hold a hearing on April 25, 2018, beginning at 9:00 AM at Mesilla Town Hall, Conference Room, located at 2231 Avenida de Mesilla, Mesilla, New Mexico 88046.

The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (“Department”) hereby gives notice that the Department will conduct a public hearing in the auditorium of the State Personnel Office located at 2600 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, New Mexico on May 1, 2018 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. 

The Human Rights Commission is scheduled to hold a hearing on April 11 & 12, 2018, beginning at 9:30 AM at the City of Las Vegas Fire Dept., Station 1 Conference Room, located at 604 Legion Dr., Las Vegas, New Mexico 87701. 

WIOA requires the Governor of each State to submit a State Plan to the U.S. Department of Labor that includes a four-year strategy for the State’s workforce development system, and to submit a modification to that plan after two years.
