The Labor Relations Division (LRD) enforces payment of wages, minimum wage, and overtime labor laws under the Wage Pay Act and the Minimum Wage Act. The LRD also enforces prevailing wages under the Public Works Minimum Wage Act. The LRD takes claims for unpaid wages and conducts investigations to determine if wages are owed.
