Human Rights Commission Hearing

The Human Rights Commission will hold a hearing in Alisha Gonzalez v. Quality Firewood & Material and Michael Lucero, HRB Case # 19-11-13-0406, on January 6, 2022.  Hearing will be held on Zoom virtual platform, beginning at 9:00 AM.

Public comment open for proposed Healthy Workplaces Act Regulations

New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (NMDWS) will be conducting a public hearing Wednesday, December 15, 2021 to accept comments on proposed regulations for implementation of the Healthy Workplaces Act (HWA), a new law passed by the Legislature and signed into law by Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham earlier this year.
