The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (“Department” or “NMDWS”) hereby gives notice that the Department will conduct a public hearing to receive comments regarding proposed amendments to NMAC 11.1.2 (the Public Works Minimum Wage Act Policy Manual) in the Leo Griego Auditorium located in the State Personnel Office (Willie Ortiz Building) at 2600 Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe, New Mexico, 87505 on March 4, 2026 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

The published availability for the proposed 2024-2027 Combined Partners State Plan Modification has been postponed and will be rescheduled.  

The Human Rights Commission will hold a PANEL REVIEW on January 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. on a Zoom virtual platform.

New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions will now accept public comment on the proposed modifications to the Migrant and Seasonal Farm Workers (MSFW) sections of the 2024-2027 State Plan.
