MPS Active Ceramics Trades Apprenticeship Program

Plan, lay out, fixture, fabricate, process, assemble, and/or modify a wide range of ceramic and metallic alloy products in an engineering, development, and/or complex production environment. Provide support for development and prototyping activities.

Who Can Work in the MPS Active Ceramics Trades?

Associates of Applied Science (AAS) Degrees as provided by Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) or equivalent with an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater. Degrees could be in the following concentration: 

• Metals Technology with a concentration in Machine Tool Technology, Electronics Technology, or Electronic Engineering Technology. 
• Other science-based degrees or equivalent credentials may be considered by the hiring manager as an alternate requisite.
