Virtual Workshops

How to Register

  1. Review the list of workshops below and click “Register in advance” for the workshop you would like to attend.
  2. Please be advised that attendance is limited for each workshop. If several dates and times are offered for the workshop you selected, you may click the dropdown selection under “Time” for the date the works best for you.
  3. Fill in your name, email address (must be valid), phone, and answer any additional questions that have a red star by them, as they are required for registration.
  4. The last step is to click “Register”. You’re all set!

After you register the workshop attendance information will be emailed to you with a confirmation of the date and time as well as the link to enter the workshop

    If you’re just starting to work on your resume and don’t know where to begin, or if you have a resume that hasn’t gotten you anywhere in your job search, join us for our Resume Skills Workshop. We’ll show you how to get started, what to include and how to format your resume. You’ll get all the tools that you’ll need to build an effective resume and will see that it’s a lot easier than you might have thought!     Developer

    Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. May supervise computer programmers.

    Assemble, install, alter and repair pipelines or pipe systems that carry water, steam, air or other liquids or gases. May install heating and cooling equipment and mechanical control systems.

    Raise, place and unite iron or steel girders, columns and other structural members to form completed structures or structural frameworks. May erect metal storage tanks and assemble prefabricated metal buildings.
