New Mexicans may be able to reopen their UI claim after repeated disruption to employment due to COVID-19 New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (NMDWS) informs individuals who had previously been on unemployment, returned to work and now may be let go from their job again or have hours reduced, may have the option to reopen their Unemployment Insurance (UI) claim.
Unemployment Insurance Operations Center closed Wednesday in observance of Veterans Day All New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions’ offices, including the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center, will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day. The department urges claimants to plan accordingly.
