Individuals needing to complete their weekly request for benefit payment can certify two ways

Effective December 1st, 2014, individuals needing to complete their weekly request for benefit payment can certify two ways. You can contact the UI Operations Center, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm and speak to a Customer Service Agent by dialing 1-877-664-6984, making your language selection then selecting Option 3 for Customer Service.  Be advised that the Operations Center experiences its highest call volumes on Mondays and Tuesdays every week.  You can also file your request through the online UI Tax and Claims System available at www.jobs.state.nm.us beginning as early as Sunday every week. Computers are available free of charge at any local Workforce Connection Office. The online system is available Sunday through Friday 4am to 7pm.
