Labor and Industrial Commission Meeting Set for May 28, 202

The New Mexico Board Labor and Industrial Commission will hold a special meeting on May 28, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this hearing shall be conducted through Zoom teleconferencing.

AGENDA FOR May 28, 2021 SPECIAL MEETING

The agenda is as follows:

  1. Call to order.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes from November 20, 2020 meeting.
  4. Discussion of, and possible action on, appointment of third member to Commission. This includes a possible appointment of Ms. Francie Cordova as the third member, pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 50-1-1(A). 
  5. Annual in-service presentation and training of Commission by board counsel, including the Commission's statute and rules, the Open Meetings Act, ethics and the Governmental Conduct Act, and related issues.
  6. Approval of 2021 Open Meetings Act Resolution.
  7. Adjourn.
