Notice of Rulemaking Hearing

The proposed regulation amends 11.2.3.29 NMAC, the Energy Transition Act subsection of the State Apprenticeship Policy Manual, to include the specific apprentice requirements for applicable projects and to clarify the responsibilities of NMDWS in enforcing the apprentice ratio.

NMDWS announces launch of new podcast: “Good Job New Mexico”

The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (NMDWS) launched the first episode of its first agency-wide podcast. Good Job New Mexico provides a platform for conversations with New Mexico workers from all walks of life about various jobs they’ve worked, how they’ve gotten to where they are, and where they might be headed. The Department hopes the format will provide inspiring stories for anyone’s career journey.
