Unemployment Insurance eligibility for volunteer separation in Tri-State Escalante Power Plant layoff

The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (NMDWS) has determined based on a review of information gathered, and in conjunction with the applicable statutes and regulations, employees who volunteer to participate in the layoff at the Tri-State Escalante Power Plant will be eligible for Unemployment Insurance compensation benefits.

Labor and Industrial Commission Meeting Notice

State of New Mexico Homeless Services Event at New Mexico State Library Rescheduled

The State of New Mexico Homeless Services Event in Santa Fe has been rescheduled for Friday, February 7, 2020. Three state agencies will provide the homeless with driver’s licenses, immunizations and help with job searches at the New Mexico State Library.
