The New Look of the Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System

We’ve made some changes to the Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System! The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (NMDWS) announces the fresh new look of the Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System that will be live tomorrow on Friday, September 2nd.

The new features and enhancements are designed to provide better navigation and improve the usability of the site, but the content, process, and functionality remains the same in the system. The streamlined appearance includes an improved color scheme, a process bar when completing an initial claim or requesting benefit payments to certify every week, and a mobile friendly design.
