UI System Unavailable This Saturday

Due to System Maintenance

(Albuquerque, NM) – The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions’ Unemployment Insurance System will be unavailable Saturday, August 20, 2011 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. due to scheduled system maintenance. The system will return to service on Saturday at 9 a.m. for claimant and employer usage.  The unemployment insurance system is regularly available from
3:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.

All unemployment insurance claims services, including the website and self-service options available on  the  1-877-NM4-MYUI  (1-877-664-6984),  will  be  affected.  Unemployment insurance online tax services for employers will also be unavailable during this time.

Saturday is the slowest day of business for the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions Unemployment Insurance Bureau, resulting in the lowest of number of individuals impacted by the system maintenance.
