Unemployment Insurance Operations Center Closed Monday
In Observance of Veterans Day

Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System Available

(Albuquerque) – All New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions’ offices, including the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center, will be closed on Monday, November 12, 2018 in observance of Veterans Day. The department urges claimants to plan accordingly.

The Unemployment Tax & Claims System (www.jobs.state.nm.us) is available online from 4:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Sunday through Friday. Customer Service Agents in the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center will be available when normal business hours resume on Tuesday, September 4 at 8:00 a.m. The normal business hours of the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions would like to remind all eligible Unemployment Insurance Claimants that Monday, November 12, 2018 is a federal holiday. Most banking institutions and the U.S. Postal Service will be closed in observance of Veterans Day. This may result in a delay of banking transactions for Unemployment Insurance claimants who receive checks.
