UI Call Center Hours

The NMDWS Unemployment Insurance call center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Self-service options via the 1-877-NM4-MYUI (1-877-664-6984) toll-free number are available 24 hours/day. To access the UI Claims online system, click on the blue "UI Claims System" button.

U.S. News STEM Solutions 2012- A Leadership Summit
(Albuquerque, NM) – New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (NMDWS) Cabinet Secretary Celina Bussey has been selected as a panelist for the U.S. News STEM Solutions 2012 Leadership Summit in Dallas, Texas, June 27-29, 2012. Secretary Bussey will join other professionals, experts, and business leaders on panel discussions focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) policy issues and workforce development during the three-day summit.
