This letter was sent to you because you requested that we change your address in your account. You made this request either through the internet or by calling NMDWS.

What does this letter mean?

This letter is to let you know that the address change you requested has been made.

What do I do next?

If this is correct, keep the document for your records. If it is not, or if you did not request an address change, you should call NMDWS at 1-877-664-6984, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Where am I in the claims or tax process?

You have filed an Unemployment Insurance claim and may be in the process of receiving benefits.

Who should I contact if I have any questions?

You can contact a Customer Service Agent in the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center at 1-877-664-6984, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. English and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents are available to assist you.

You can also access claims information online at www.jobs.state.nm.us. All individuals applying for and receiving Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits are required to log into the New Mexico Workforce Connection Online System (www.jobs.state.nm.us) first in order to access the UI Tax & Claims System. UI claimants are required to maintain usernames and passwords for both the online jobs system (www.jobs.state.nm.us) and the UI Tax & Claims System.

Usted ha presentado un reclamo de Seguro de Desempleo y es posible que esté en el proceso de recibir beneficios.

Usted puede ponerse en contacto con un Agente de Servicio al Cliente en el Centro de Operaciones de Seguro de Desempleo llamando al 1-877-664-6984, de lunes a viernes, desde las 8:00 de la mañana hasta las 4:30 de la tarde. Agentes de Servicio al Cliente están disponibles para ayudarle en inglés y español.

Usted también puede encontrar más información acerca de reclamos por Internet en www.jobs.state.nm.us. Es requerido que todas las personas recibiendo beneficios de Seguro de Desempleo entren y se registren dentro del Sistema de Conexión de la Fuerza Laboral de Nuevo México (www.jobs.state.nm.us) primero para obtener acceso al Sistema de Impuestos y Reclamos de Seguro de Desempleo. Reclamantes de Seguro de Desempleo deben mantener los nombres de usuario y contraseñas tanto para el sistema de trabajos por Internet (www.jobs.state.nm.us), como el Sistema de Impuestos y Reclamos de Seguro de Desempleo.
