Request for Submission of Collective Bargaining Agreements

(Albuquerque) – The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions’ Labor Relations Division is preparing to update prevailing wage rates pursuant to the Public Works Minimum Wage Act.  Based on a recent Supreme Court order, new rates must be issued by July 14, 2015.  To facilitate the setting of prevailing wage rates, the Labor Relations Division is requesting that all interested parties submit any collective bargaining agreements relevant to classifications and trades under the Public Works Minimum Wage Act.
