NMDWS implementing Multi-Factor Authentication to enhance website login protection for employment and unemployment services

The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions is implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for individuals logging in to the New Mexico Workforce Connection Online System (https://www.jobs.state.nm.us); a portal to both employment services and the Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System. MFA will provide an additional layer of security for a layered defense to mitigate against unauthorized access of Department of Workforce Solutions online services.

The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (“Department” or “NMDWS”) hereby gives notice that the Department will conduct a public hearing at the Leo Griego Auditorium located in the State Personnel Office (Willie Ortiz Building) at 2600 Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe, New Mexico, 87505 on July 6, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
