As a result, they are stressed out more than other types of employments. Join this session to learn the effects of stress, while integrating in physical activity.

In this workshop, you will explore the concept of belonging and how it relates to Justice, Equity, Diversity, Accessibility, and Inclusion, or JEDAI. You will learn how to bring your authentic self to every situation, live openly and respectfully with others, and grow continuously as an individual and a community member. Whether you are a service member, a peer, a leader, or a supervisor, this workshop will equip you with the skills and strategies to create a sense of belonging for yourself and others.
