DreamTree Project and its consortium of partners believe that increased outreach and coordinated pathway navigation are necessary in Taos County to locate and connect hidden populations to nonprofit programs and services that will improve residents’ quality of life and allow for a higher standard of living. DreamTree AmeriCorps members directly engage residents to address housing insecurity and homelessness, in partnership with northern New Mexico nonprofit organizations, through public outreach, community engagement, emergency shelter, client service pathway navigation and strengthening community partnerships.
