The Serve New Mexico Commission, which oversees the state’s AmeriCorps program, has approved $2,547,943 in funding for the 2020-2021 AmeriCorps program year beginning September 1.   

The Serve New Mexico Commission will hold a Commission meeting on Friday, May 22, 2020 beginning at 12:00 p.m. via Zoom and conference call in adherence to the State protocols concerning COVID-19 and public gatherings.

The New Mexico Commission for Community Volunteerism (Serve New Mexico Commission) will hold a commission meeting on Thursday, October 3, 2019 beginning at 1:00 p.m., at Marriott Albuquerque Pyramid North, 5151 San Francisco Rd NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109.

A Special Commission Board Meeting has been scheduled for Friday, June 21 at 12:00 p.m. the purpose of:

• Approving a name change for the Commission;
• Approving Program Year 2019-20 Planning Grant Bids awardees.
